The whole shootin’ match.
I’m about to begin three days of St. Patrick’s Day gigs with the band so a music oriented shot seems appropriate. This one was taken recently at a local Irish seisiún. The lighting was very dim so I put on a fast prime lens and set my ISO to “Auto” with a max range of 12800.

Today, while out and about with my camera, I saw this cool looking old DeSoto Fluid Drive in a “not quite junk” car lot. Nice grill, great color, but probably not as “fluid” as it used to be.

Mardi Gras came to Petaluma this year on a lovely, warmish February night. A good crowd of musicians and revelers showed up for the “impromptu” parade around town. All good fun!

While hanging out listening to a friend’s music I grabbed this shot of the sound person. I think she was adjusting the board mix using an iPad app. The iPad was lighting her face.
