If you happen to be in Petaluma and want to chow down on the best tacos in town, here’s the place–Taqueria Santa Cruz. We were there a few day ago and I grabbed this shot while waiting for our order.

I took this shot a couple of days ago while out for a walk along the riverfront. I processed it as a “faux HDR” image–it’s just one tweaked image, not multiple images merged into one. The enhanced dynamic range of the scene is much closer to what my eye saw when I took the shot.

What can I say? I LOVE beer! Unfortunately, at the gig we played on Wednesday there was none. Fortunately, after the gig, the closest brew pub just happens to brew some of the best beer on the planet. GOAL!!

This past weekend our band played a gig at The Caspar Inn in Mendocino County. We arrived a few hours early so before showtime we had plenty of time to set up, check our gear, and get acquainted with the surroundings. Here’s Maggie giving her squeezebox the once-over.
